I lost my last contact lens and Dr. Gupta's office refused to provide an updated prescription without being seen and was not willing to see me earlier than three weeks. I offered to pay for the prescription, scheduled an exam and offered to prepay for the exam in order to get the lens prescription, but still refused. I've never seen such an unwillingness to help a patient in need. Very sad.

The office staff is efficient in doing the preliminary assessments and prepping me for the doctor's attention. Dr. Gupta reviews the staff’s work and the history in the chart before turning to me. She always tells me the results of any tests and observations. I am always asked about my sight and if there are any changes. Before I leave I’m always asked if I need my prescriptions to be refilled. A next appointment is arranged before I leave.

I have had Dr. Gupta as my Ophthalmologist for over 10 years and trust her with the health of my eyes. She has always been concerned with the health of my eyes. Upon examining me, she always asks if I have questions, making sure she explains everything to my satisfaction. As my surgeon, she just operated on my cataracts, and I love my new vision. Getting an appointment is easy and her schedule is flexible. Just as I trust my eyes to her, I will always recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone.

She takes the time to listen and answer questions. Very empathetic and calm. One of the best experiences with a doctor I've ever had.

I am baffled by the negative reviews here. I have found Dr. Gupta to be friendly, responsive and willing to take extra time to answer my questions. Her staff are also very helpful.

I just left Dr. Gupta’s office. The office staff was professional, but Dr. Gupta herself was the worst ophthalmologist I have ever seen. She is devoid of any bedside manner. I had eye pain for a week. She looked at my eyes, told me see didn’t see an infection, handed me a prescription for eye drops & abruptly left the room. I probably saw her for a total of 1 minute. She came late & I was the only patient in the entire office, so she wasn’t in a hurry to see others. I left feeling unresolved.

New patient - I visited Dr. Gupta for a couple of reasons; a bump inside my eye and wanted a comprehensive exam as my regular optometrist recommended it due to enlarged optical cups. Dr. Gupta is the most unprofessional and rude healthcare professional I have encountered in a long time. She is not a good listener, not attentive and definitely not a good communicator. The exam took only 5 minutes. This practice environment is not patient oriented at all. Very disappointing...never again!

One of my family members recently had cataract surgery. He has been complaining of double vision and was very worried so he wanted to check it out. We saw Dr. Gupta and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She was very condescending, didn't give any information, and kept interrupting him by saying she couldn't do anything. Our meeting with her only took about 5 minutes.
