My name is Nazih. I had an appointment with Dr. Grewe on 12/29 at 2:30 pm to discuss results of an mri on my knees. I was there with my wife ten minutes ahead of schedule. I checked in and sat patiently in the waiting area for 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time at which point we were asked to go to an exam room by an ma. We sat in the exam room for another 30 minutes. No one checked on us not even the janitor.
