Dr. Kaplan was very comforting, had a warm heart, to take away my nervousness. She listened and explained everything.
Dr. Kaplan is not only highly skilled. She is a caring physician who listens to her patients.
Dr. Kaplan is a very professional, compassionate and friendly doctor. I have been seeing her for about 3 years and she has helped me tremendously with my spine issues. So thankful she is here at Parkridge, much closer to see her.
Not a good experience. I was there 4 hours for the first appointment. Appointments were always being changed. When you're trying to schedule a procedure and it gets changed it's frustrating. Especially with horrible back pain. Very poor communication with the office. They don't return phone calls or messages through the portal. Also, the patient restrooms not maintained well whatsoever. They were always disgusting. I'm still waiting for an appointment for a back procedure.

I think the world of Dr Kaplan she is a wonderful and good-hearted doctor. As far as I'm concerned she really cares about her patience.
It's amazing how you will get a wonderful Dr but the staff is awful or you will get a great staff and the doctor is awful. I wish you could have both! Been trying to get a 2nd injection in this office for two weeks now. They keep playing games saying they didn't get the fax for the referral or they got the fax but it's for something else. I'm not wasting any more of my time, I will go to another Dr that's just as good. It's really a shame because Dr. Kaplan super nice.
Love, love, love Dr. Kaplan!! She is knowledgeable, friendly, caring, easy to talk to, and skilled. Dr. Kaplan's nurses are great. However the office staff is lacking and the phone system is terrible. It's very hard to get a call back.
Absolutely adore her. So kind and comforting. Would highly recommend
