I am with dr Saini surgery more then 4 year whenever I call them early morning for appointment they said it’s fully booked. I had c section in January and they checked me postnatal in mid of June they never checked the patient records. Now last 3 months I m suffering some skin disease which all surgery doctors don’t know what is the disease and first doctor who checked me said it’s allergy and gave me allergy tablets after two weeks my condition gone worse then again booked appointment and went there the doctor said it’s fun... read more

The most disgusting receptionist and the doctor’s very unprofessional specially rubbish doctor called “Monica” who takes the patients out and cancels their appointments who is already hard to get an appointment from the worst and mos racist staff ever seen. Need to change gp immediately . They should be ashamed of themselves and also the people who gives them a chance to those unprofessional and disgusting people.

Worst GP .The receptionist are the worsen that you might ever seen.Unprofessional ,most racist ,rude ,not respectful .They play with people’s life ,very hard to book an appointment or dealing with them about prescription ,such a mess! They don’t respect patients,very poorly service. They should be ashamed of the work they do . Worst representation of NHS.Receptionists work very unfortunate.

I called to cancel an appointment within 4hours of my scheduled, that can't get to, the receptionist was very rude, and with an inappropriate attitude on the phone, asking very nervous and argumentative questions. SHe hung up the phone before I could say what I had to say. If I could I would have given it 0 stars.
