Theres a african/jamaican Female receptionist who whenever answers the phone is extremely quick to end the call and never does anything from what it seems. Talks in the most disrespectful manner. Not sure why this hasnt been investigated or looked into. She should be sacked from her job. Who lets receptionist speak like that! I guess times really are tough for the NHS but then again shes not even a nhs staff. Shes a bloody receptionist 😑
sadly it is always a pain getting an appointment, called for 40 minutes and was on hold then they hung up and i had to redial and wait another half an hour before an answer. a lot of my symptoms were dismissed by the doctors there and misdiagnosed many times. they don’t take you seriously at all and to be seen is extremely rare. i’ve been told that it is ‘in my head’ countless times!! would change to another GP but cannot find a decent one above 2 stars in the area. extremely disappointing as when you have an issue you don’t... read more
Worse GP you can imagine. Tried to register from my parents, took ages to do my Dad but despite sending two requests for my mum, nothing been done. When called I was try to fobe off by taking my name, gave them all details but a week gone still waiting for call. Receptionist are worse than anyone else, no people still, no humanity, think they can bully patients as they want to, specially Afro/Jamican lady. Need to learn how to be emphatic. Been with them for 5 years. Never ever helped me with anything. Always ended up waiting for hours in ER if had a problem. Switching GPs ASAP.
