Incompetent at the reception. This morning I back to home twice for documents because they didn't tell me they needed proof and a copy of the proof to register at the medical center.
WASTE OF NHS MONEY. These people are the actual VIRUS. very rude receptionist. they don't want to listen. seems like they have to rush to do other jobs while not finished talk they just cutting the phone. email them 5 times for a presentation and they haven't read it until i phoned them many times. the GP and the receptionist told me they have sent the electronic prescription to the nominated pharmacy but they lied and after 2 days and calling them twice again they said will be sending it but don't know when. the surgery ope... read more
