I can't fault this surgery. From the receptionists to the nurse to the GP. I've always found the team to be warm and welcoming. Mandy the nurse that I saw on this occasion was brilliant as I hate having blood taken,but she calmed my nerves I needn't have worried as I didn't feel a thing And Dr Singh who I hadn't seen before was very good, she listened to what I said. She was thorough and professional. All in all a 5* experience.

There is only a good couple of doctors in here who actually take you seriously... Dr Poyner and Dr Voma, went into see see Dr Singh about an ear infection as my jaw between my ear and the top of my jaw had swelled and I couldn't open it, the ear inside was pulsing and swelled. Over the course of 4 hours it had gone down a bit, but I was still in pain, went to the doctors to see her and she said she couldnt give me antibiotics until there was visible infection and I proceeded to tell her it was definitely infected as I am ver... read more
