Underfunded no doubt like every other practice but they're a great team and I can't complain about the service. I've always been seen and treated with compassion and respect.
Extremely unhelpful reception staff. I was told by one young woman that she did not want to bother the doctor with my concern. When I tried to explain further, she responded that it was not her problem. Even when the pharmacist came out to help me, the receptionist was adamant that she would not disturb the doctor. Perhaps someone should explain to these people, that they are employed as receptionist and not as guard dogs.
Refuse to see my children due to be over booked. Even a call? Is this even allowed? Shocking absolutely shocking.
