Absolute joke. Took me two weeks to register (as they still need paper utility bills which are all online now), and a paper registration forms - these are going to be prone to error - create an online form, it’s so easy and it’s instant! The biggest frustration is that you can’t book appointments. Yes you heard that right. You need to call everyday.
