This place is not fit for purpose. It seems that we can thank Upma Shah for that. Pathetic service
I've been at this center for years and always had great service and care. Recently I visited doctor M Abdulla who was very helpful and reassuring.
I don't normally write reviews, but as i saw there was only one other review and it was 1* I felt obliged to comment. I have had a range of physical conditions requiring specialist appointments and genetic counselling. Dr Shah has enabled all of these things to happen in a gentle, helpful and efficient manner. I have been extremely happy with my standard of care. I have spent 30 years with consistent involvement in the NHS and I have nothing but praise for Dr Shah's treatment of me as a patient.
