Along with FAirford LEys surgery I've been a patient at this surgery for 18 years. For many years they had a problem answering their phone, they are better at this now. But it is still practically impossible to get an appointment, most likely due to the fact that all their GPs only work part time. If I thought others were any better I would move to another surgery.
