Really disappointing experiences with this Dr Surgery. Near impossible to see a Dr, even with jumping through hoops (35 minute wait on the phone to speak to a receptionist, or e-consult that is never responded to). No follow ups on tests for children with ongoing issues. No continuity, as you never seem to be able to see the same Dr twice (when you do manage to get a Dr appointment at all!).

You can't see a doctor as the government has run down the NHS to deny you services, so as to make more appealing for privatisation. I'm a health care professional and I am tired of not being able to treat people through lack of resources - the sole cause of which is the government. That's it, there's nothing more to it.

A great surgery who have the personal touch. I'm in touch with the surgery every week or two and I've only ever come across 1 rude doctor whom I believe is no longer there. I've been with them 22yrs now and have always felt them to have that personal touch that has become extinct in most places, in particular, large cities. I'd give them 6 stars out of 5 for going the extra mile.
