The Dr rang me and it rang twice and hung up. Called practice and advised Dr is running late so will not call again I want to complain but can't do it just tryingbto fob me off to 111
Submitted online request for face to face visit. Immediate triage and non urgent appointment made for 10 days time. Dr Jaffer listened to my chest and my concerns, reassured me and arranged for an X-Ray within two days. Results took less than another two days. What a fantastic service despite the Tories trying to destroy the NHS and vilify the doctors. The receptionist was friendly and efficient as well, a great bonus.
