Awful. The GP's themselves are OK, but getting an appointment is impossible. No appointments can be booked in advance, regardless of circumstances, it doesn't matter how ill you are, you have to ring at 8am for an appointment that day. When you call, If you are fortunate enough to get through by 8.30am then you may get offered a call back appointment, if you still haven't got through by 8.30am forget it! You will have to call back daily hoping you do get through, or like in my case end up in hospital. The reception service a... read more
I can never get through on option 2. The new system of being unable to pre-book appointments is ridiculous and does not work for people who work full time. I will be looking to register at a new doctors surgery
