I can never get an appointment their system of getting appointment is frustrating have had to say goodbye to them

Probably the worst admin/reception staff I have ever encountered! They solve every patient issue with ring up tomorrow at 8am to book an appointment to which I have caught them red handed (at 8.20am) with an empty waiting room and phones going crazy behind them!!! They don't answer these calls and when I have gone into the surgery which is luckily a 5 minute walk they don't even acknowledge I'm in from of them.
