My mother went under RAH+BSO. She is not just a doctor but a god. She cured my mother's illness and also guided us how to stay healthy ever after. More than that she was always positive, kind and humble towards her approach and profession. My experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor and the assistant did not communicate properly with the patient or the patient’s attendants. Instead, we felt repeatedly harassed and treated disrespectfully. The behaviour of both the doctor and the assistant was very rude and unprofessional. They were also unwilling to consider reports from outside Apollo Hospital and insisted on getting expensive tests done at Apollo.
