I was anxious about my finger however I was put at ease instantly by Dr Robin. I do not want to dismiss the one star review as we all have different experiences from time to time. He can come over as a bit blunt however this is what I needed that day. For me, he served my purpose.

I had an appointment with Dr Russell-Jones at Cromwell Hospital. I never felt so embarrassed such I’ve had while In this consultation. Dr Russell was not interested to listen my thoughts about my condition and was constantly insinuating that I was not able to pay for my treatment. I felt that Dr Russell was judging me by my appearance and spent all the time mentioning about that I won’t be able to pay for the exams.
