It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule, and even more so than that, the receptionist was nice, which is a breath of fresh air for a doctor's office. They saw me right away because I had severely messed up my neck, to the point where it was stuck at a 45 degree angle from its normal position.
