RecommendedThe words seem strange as I type them but I actually had fun during an eye exam. Thanks to Dr. Apple and her team.
I was never told that they bill eye exams as "a la cart". even had to pay for a paper prescription for new glasses. had to pay for eye refraction. nice staff, just super expensive. I have been wearing glasses since 4th grade and I have never had to pay for a prescription from the eye exam obviously that's why I went, I knew my eyes had changed.

Arrived early for a new patient appointment and waited for over an hour. 20 minutes past my appointment time and I was called back to finally register, but I had to return to work. If you want to waste your time sitting around, they’re the place for you.
RecommendedDr. Anna Fakadej is awesome. She explained procedure and helped put me at ease for my cataract surgery. Entire staff was polite and helpful. Yes, you do have to wait and move from one waiting room to another - come prepared with a book or puzzle to keep you busy.
Don't be in such a rush with your patients. Take time and ask if they have any questions. I seriously felt like all they cared about was getting their money. The doctor I saw may have been knowledgeable, but I felt he was rushed, impersonable, and condescending.
