For regular eye exams my husband and I felt like we were cattle being shuffled around from one area to another. What has really irked us is the lack of response and excuses from the patient accounts and “refund” departments. They charged each of us an extra $38 to have us get updated on our prescription lenses. Our exams were in September 2019. I received a refund in February 2020 for the $38. Denied service to an elderly glaucoma patient with COPD because they can’t wear a mask with their oxygen and breathing problems. Discrimination at its finest.

Charging for glasses prescriptions is ILLEGAL in North Carolina. They charged me and they were forced to refund it after I told the North Carolina insurance commission.... Don't do business with this dishonest company.

I had Lasik surgery yesterday and my whole experience with the surgery from the consultation to the surgery itself has been wonderful! Tracy, the Professional Services Counselor, was the absolute best in working with me to schedule all of my appointments leading up to the surgery and was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I was seen byDr. Shah in September for cataract surgery. He nicked my cornea in the process. Worst pain ever. I was seen at another practice on an emergency basis for a cornea repair. I would never use this office again!
