RecommendedGreat staff and doctors Mincey and French!
I can not see, my right eye is worse now!! The blaring light onto my right eye for several minutes while dilated feels as if you damaged my eyesight!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone !! My God my right eye is on fire , the burning , my 12 year old had to guide my driving !! Tragic and the staff , completely rude!! I don’t understand how you still operate.. NEVER AGAIN !!
RecommendedAmy is the best Esthetician ever. I loved my facial I received today. I highly recommend her for all services. She was super professional and friendly. Also Tracy, the lady who sets up appointments. The entire experience was awesome and I felt so welcomed. Btw My skin is practically glowing. Way after I left the service, it’s still glowing.

After 30 mins waiting when u ask front desk when dr will see u , nurse just get u to Check eye pressure n again make u sit at waiting are . Worst facility , never seen unfriendly staff
RecommendedLove the drs in the Greensboro location, but they Way overbook their time! My appt was 2:20. It is now 4:00 and I am still waiting. It is like this Every. Time. They process you in with preliminary things then move you to a second waiting room. And you wait and hope. But I really do like my drs. So it’s a real hard place to be.

Doctors seem knowledgeable and caring but no one should ever have to wait over 1.5 hours past their appointment time to see a doctor and this is after all the preliminary work was all done. If you can't handle the volume don't schedule so many patients in a day.
RecommendedYes ! Definitely ! The staff is great! Wait time is not bad at all ! Dr French listens to your concerns and addresses them. They did lots of testing. He explained in terms that I could understand. He is very personable. I lost the vision in my right eye from an ulcer. My vision is now 20/30.
