I was seen byDr. Shah in September for cataract surgery. He nicked my cornea in the process. Worst pain ever. I was seen at another practice on an emergency basis for a cornea repair. I would never use this office again!

Chaos, confusion, poorly operated. unnecessary wait times for patient transport support persons. carefully review the complaints for overbooking patients and extremely long wait times. I transported an elderly patient here for an 8:30 a.m. appointment. he was told not to eat before the appointment. it was 1 p.m. before his procedure began. estimated time for procedure is 1-1.5 hrs. Shame. choose carefully. there certainly are other places that offer excellent care and a more caring service

RecommendedI have had Laser Surgery on both eyes and cataract surgery on my right eye. I'm supposed to have cataract surgery on my left eye May 18th. Dr. Haddad and Dr. Fakady are excellent doctors with a wonderful one on one personality. I recommend Carolina Eye Associates to everyone. My past experiences for my husband and father were also excellent.

RecommendedI love Carolina Eye. Yes they run behind at times, that is only because they are taking wonderful care of all their patients. Can't wait to have my left cataract done.
