Although Dr. Barr seems to be a good dentist his upfront staff is very difficult. It seems they do very little to go out of their way to help. I'm not sure they know what "customer satisfaction4; is. I don't feel their prices are accurate (in the end I'm sure it will get worked out, but they over charged me). I went to the office of Dr. Robert Barr in Tallahassee because of an emergency. I was in so much pain. Getting the first appointment was relatively easy, as I was a new client with the potential of spending a considerable amount of money in treatments. When the office realized that I was not going to be such patient, my phone calls were not answered.
