I was looking for a new dentist and saw Dr. Barr for the first time this week. Before I made the appt I had several questions regarding what I needed in a dentist. The receptionist was really nice and answered all my questions. All the staff members I came in contact with were very friendly and understanding to my personal issues. Dr Barr was great. Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Sure Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism
