They were very gentle and careful Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. Hygenist staff is kind and does a good job. Dr. Barr seems knowledgeable enough but he is a little rough. Front office staff is terrible; they are caught in billing errors often, and it is difficult to get them to correct their mistakes. They have a very bad attitude.

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
