Terrible customer service. The call center gave me an appointment but put in my notes they had no availability so when i showed at 8:15 am they had no record of my appointment. The supervisor I spoke with, Janae, refused to review the call when I made my appointment and defended her staff. She continually interrupted me and provided the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I would never go to an office whose culture is to defend their staff's mistakes and be rude to new patients.
Dr. Wang is amazing. I have been seeing him for over 10 years, when all doctors said I should just wait it out and I would be blind regardless by the time I was 30, Dr. Wang never gave up and I'm 43 now, still working, still moving around and still driving. I believe in Dr. Wang with all my heart with all that I have. He cares for me and my issues like I'm the only one in the room. Highly recommend him to anyone! He is so knowledgeable and just amazing in every way!
