This man has been treating my uveitis for 10 + years. I'd leave 10 stars if i could .He is the essence of what a dr. should be! Equal praise for staff too!
I absolutely love Dr. Wang but unfortunately, lately, hold times on the phone run at least 20-30 minutes. On my last appointment, I had to go to the Plano office which, when you can’t see, was very scary driving to an unfamiliar area. I waited two hours and was then told there were eight, yes, eight patients still ahead of me. I can no longer get an appointment in a timely manner when necessary at the location where I have been seeing him for years. Excellent ability to communicate simple and complex issues with patients with average background. Pleasant, efficient manner. Very personable. Caring for all; all race, creed, orientation, religion, etc. EXCELLENT TREATMENT OVER MANY YEARS. HIGHLY RECCOMEMENDED!
Dr Wang did Laser retina eye surgery on me and I couldn't be more pleased with his friendliness, professionalism, and the facilities he uses! I felt totally comfortable with him and highly recommend him.

Dr Wang may be a great Doc but he has too many patients, and the experience approximates a factory doing piece work. His waiting room is like a Covid hotspot packed with no spacing and people waiting in the hall to avoid the congestion. When you finally get to him, he is in and out so fast and he fails to adequately explain treatments and procedures.

Dr. Robert Wang is the best doctor that we have ever seen. In addition to his great knowledge and extensive experience, he is thoughtful, considerate, human, Sympathetic, warm-hearted, honest, friendly, and kind. Honestly there are no enough words to describe this doctor. He has been helping my dad with his OCP eye condition and my dad loves him. He will go above and beyond to get his patients the treatments they need and will help them in every way possible to get them treated. He cares about his patients as his own family.... read more

An excellent eye doctor had no success treating my particular eye situation and referred me to Dr Wang saying, "if anybody can figure this out, he can". Dr Wang stopped the progression of vision loss and has kept me seeing fine for 7 yrs now. He's smart and very kind - an unbeatable combination. Your eyes will be in good hands !!
