Dr. Wang has saved my eyesight two times in the last 15+ years. I have had a detached Retina in both eyes at different times. I believe it was two years after he saved one eye that I was having vision problems with flashes and floaters. Dr. Wang's wonderful staff got me in for a visit immediately that morning I called. I went to his office on Coit Rd. in Plano and he examined my eye and ask me if I could drive to his office at Walnut Hill & 75 and meet him there in 20 minutes. 2-hour wait for a 5-minute visit full of unpleasant choices that he and his office staff are very casual about. It’s all about them, nothing about patients. He’s smart but if he wasn’t he’d have no patients. Office is a disaster

Wonderful doctor. Takes his time, explains, and will answer all questions you have! One of the first doctor’s I saw that made me feel completely comfortable and like we had a good treatment plan for my issue. The problem is when you leave the office. After three months of waiting for a prescription to be filled/authorized/approved - I started calling the office to ask the status/delay. I came to a scheduled appointment for 12:15pm arrived at noon and left unseen at 2:00. Dr. Wang is a good doctor but the staff and appointment scheduler could use training or another job. My time is important to me abs your office disrespected me today
This man has been treating my uveitis for 10 + years. I'd leave 10 stars if i could .He is the essence of what a dr. should be! Equal praise for staff too!
I absolutely love Dr. Wang but unfortunately, lately, hold times on the phone run at least 20-30 minutes. On my last appointment, I had to go to the Plano office which, when you can’t see, was very scary driving to an unfamiliar area. I waited two hours and was then told there were eight, yes, eight patients still ahead of me. I can no longer get an appointment in a timely manner when necessary at the location where I have been seeing him for years.
