Lovely receptionist and kind nurse, but extremely hard to get through to just get a call back and can only call on certain days if you want a specific doctor. There is a cut off time for getting on the call back list and this makes it even more difficult. I wish it went back to when you could actually book an appointment cause for a student like myself I only have 2 days free in the week and again it is already hard to get through to them due to so many others trying to get through as well.
