Very nice place. Staff is very nice and friendly. Dr. Reff is very thorough
The wait time is super long for unknown reasons. Dr. Reff himself has a great manner and is generally knowledgeable. I broke a small toe and he did great initially, but it probably needed to be reset since it displaced slightly and instead of bothering to do it, he let it go. I wasn't comfortable with it so I saw a podiatrist who said I would have long term pain because it wasn't really aligned (and the podiatrist was right). For that-- I can't give him an excellent rating
Experienced... excellent in handling kids.... he made my son feel comfortable when he was doing a cast for fracture in hand.... diagonisis was perfect.....
The visit with the doctor was just fine, lasted all of 5 minutes! But we waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room with an INFANT!!!! We also had a very early morning appointment so I have no idea why the wait was so long. I will not come back to this practice as obviously they do not value their clients' needs and time.
Doctor Reff is an excellent Doctor able to listen to your concerns and incredibly available as well as all his staff and especially his assistant Sandy
