Phoned as very ill.Receptionist informed me that Dr would not be able to phone me that day. The receptionist very kindly diagnosed me while i was on the phone and said if i needed antibiotics I would have to visit the surgery, did not realise that reception staff had medical degrees these days and are able to diagnose through electronic systems very advanced indeed hope their pay reflects this.
