Getting an appointment has been difficult for a long time, but it was eventually possible to see someone who could at least simulate interest and intelligence. Now part-timers and locums who you will never see again and are not really interested, either in you or developing their skills, and will do their utmost to fob you off rather than make a decision or do something decisive. Just experienced Very rude and obnoxious receptionist, I was treated and spoken to like a child. Needs much further training.
