Worst Gp ever! DR Syed is rude and unprofessional. She is so bad you are most likely to become depressed or suicidal from your experience of ‘trying’ to get help from her.
Extremely good practice. All the Drs in this practice are extremely kind & very caring. The receptionists are very helpful & go the extra mile to help. The nurses are helpful & knowledgeable.

This was a good surgery however with the new reception staff the surgery rating is bad. It really needs to address all the problems that I will list. 1 appointments almost 3week waiting time before you can see or speak to a doctor. 2 rude unhelpful reception staff. 3 gp asks why you are not taking x medication. Seriously who is the doctor the patient or them? Is the patient meant to know all about the different medications when they are first diagnosed of something.
