I wouldn’t trust these guys to take my temperature correctly. the reception staff are horrendous, medical gaslighting, utter textbook.

Good for appointments and staff very helpful and doctors are very nice
Continually telephoning daily for a repeat prescription. Unable to connect despite following the advice. Why have the telephone at all if it is unable to connect with the service you require.
Visited the surgery, went to the wrong building in the first instance where I was greeted with a friendly lady who kindly showed me to the surgery around the corner. I entered the surgery greeted the receptionist in a warm friendly manner and asked if I could register with the surgery, I realised I had forgotten to print a bank statement with my new address and also mentioned this.
