I would usually speak highly of this practice however the latest interactions I and my child have had I am losing faith and feeling this would NOT be a practice I would recommend as standards and service have plummeted!
Can be hard to get an appointment at times, but the vast majority of the staff are lovely and helpful. Been coming here on and off for 18 years, so like to think I know it very well. Better than any other GP I've been a patient at.
The Best health centre in the UK!
Joined this surgery approx. year ago. This is a fantastic health surgery, moved from somewhere nearby and have never received such care, to the point that I am sitting in my car trying to figure what's going on. Every phone call answered by receptionists that bother with you and try to get you in for an appointment as soon as they can. Everyone from the assistant nurse to the two doctors I have seen, have been brilliant. These people have quite literally changed my health care/plan and subsequently my life.
