Be nice if they updated their web page that states that they open at 8am - and then do something about the long phone waiting times which are on average 16 minutes between each person when you are in the queue (position 12 to getting an answer took well over 1 and half hours twice, then there was no appointments available, so had to try again the next day) Totally unacceptable..
