Awfull when ypur partner waits 45 mins on newyears eve for an appointment only to be met with a sorry excuse of a voicemail calling her darling!! Shoddy service
If I could give a 0 I would! Terrible service, receptionist are nasty and rude. A doctor overdosed my elderly father and ended up in hospital. If you are immobile and require a home visit, don't look at this surgery. They discriminate against disabled people. My Dad has gone 18 months without seeing his GP because they refuse to come out. We moved to Great massingham surgery and he had his medication sorted and a home visit within 5 hours of registering with them, plus the receptionist were so helpful and spoke to us like hu... read more
Very agressive reception staff but it's a losing battle noone take complaints seriously and they cover their backs. Cameras needed on reception literally for the patients protection as staff are dishonest and abuse the zero tolerance
We moved from this surgery we had terrible service, there just aren’t any doctors..Dr Julian is all about what money he can save or make and he rules the place the other doctors seem scared of him to make their own decisions! Dispensary is always very rude and abrupt feels like they hate it there! The only saving grace of the surgery is the lovely Dr Carrol but sadly she is only part time and the young blonde lady on reception. We just decided enough is enough and moved to pliwright…wow what a difference fabulous surgery ….
Terrible reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful, will always try to book you in with a nurse no matter your issue. Makes me wonder if they even have a Dr on site sometimes. My neighbours did warn me but I thought I should use them as they are local. Had to learn the hard way. I would recommend using any form of surgery over this one if you want to see a Dr or take a prescription anywhere other than their own on site pharmacy.
