Improved significantly over the years
The lady that answered the phone wer very rude ,even though 111 told us to ring and what to say,,she told us we wer telling lies and 111 didn't tell us to ring ,shocking behavior really ,,
First time I’ve been to the doctors is over 20 years, called at 8am was third in the queue, call was answered in about 2 minutes and had an appointment before 9am. Check in was easy, appointment was as on time. Senior nurse was great, put me at ease, gave me all the information and advice I needed. Couldn’t ask for more.
Just like to say a big thank you to doctors and receptionist who were very understanding and kind. Visit led to a hospital visit which was also first rate at Burton. Call from doctor today who couldn’t have been more helpful and nicer.
I have never known a doctor surgery is on the phone for all this time and it’s hard to get appointment for my son. It’s a joke and the time to answer the phone they got an appointment because from 8 o’clock it’s been ringing non-stop. It’s worth surgery ever know I would not wish anybody to come to the surgery
