Surgery from over 20 years.however passed few years it's been a disgrace can't get any appointment as I'm told there gone by 8.15am and told then phone call appointment available next week.I'm sorry but I could be dead by then it's a joke!! Blood test results ALWAYS I have to chase up.how can we as patients be left to be treated this way.yes some of the receptionist don't care why were ringing even though they want to know the confidentiality ins and out of our health before saying that the appointments are gone for today.

I have always found Dr Hallan and any of the other doctors very good. A serious issue was dealt with sympathetically and immediately and we have always been given excellent care. I have never found the receptionists rude they have always been super polite and helped in the best way they can. Appointments can sometimes be difficult but if it is ever urgent they will do what they can to get you in or get the Dr to call you.
The worst doctors, useless , don’t care , ignorant, going to move to different Surgury!! leaving the patient without important medication!!!
The doctor doesn't care, the receptionist is rude, never get appointment as they've all gone at 08.05 🤔 can't book in advance, I've given up going and now go to a walk in centre until I have time to move to another doctor.
