Dr. James was very thorough in his examination and his explanation of the procedure. His office staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr. James and his team to anyone needing any type of spinal surgery.
DrJames is so amazing! Dr. James explains everything and makes sure he gets results. Very grateful for his services. Also staff and Medical assistant were very nice and accommodating.
First of all, Dr. James actually listened to me and gave his full attention to me during a full in depth exam and I felt really listened to me. I changed doctors and was very nervous after 2 failed surgeries but wanted a second opinion. He also did not once say anything negative about my previous dr.- just spoke about what we would do from here. Everyone working there is top notch! Dr. James, PAs Jason and Mario, and all the rest of the support staff... caring, engaging, professional and personable... I am very grateful I found this place!
My visit was seamless. Dr. James was thorough and listened for understanding. He performed an extensive evaluation, reviewed x-rays to further his assessment, and created the referral plan that I’ve been missing for the last 15 years. Would highly recommend.
