I'm 3 weeks post surgery and my back hasn't felt this good in over 2 years. Each pre-op step was explained thoroughly, and what to do and expect post-op was gone over in great detail as well. Dr. James and his staff are great at actually listening to their patients and not just treating them like a number.
Dr. James is an amazing person and first class doctor. His drive is also reflected through his entire staff. This is a group who truly cares about the patients needs.

Routine appointment for post back surgery. Dr James has been excellent through my entire experience. His office runs like a well oiled machine and everyone there is very personable and sincere.
My visit was a little longer then usual .Great doctor and staff, very caring.
I am an RN and sought a consultation on a herniated disc that has ruptured. I was aware that surgery was the next option but I appreciated Dr Plas being honest and answering all of my questions. He also wanted me to schedule when I was ready and comfortable. I know he went well over the designated visit time just to provide me with great care.
