Waited patiently for 12 hours to get tickets to Hamilton and I get to the point of less than 5 mini left and the twitter for dr.phillips says that the tickets are sold out! What kind of joke is that.
FIX YOUR TICKET SELLING SOFTWARE ONLINE AS YOU SAID YOU WERE READY TO SELL THEM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WASTED MY TIME AND HUNDREDS OF PEOPLES TIME!
Waiting on tickets was a joke. Got bumped out several times, then my less than 5 Minute time (after 45 min) jumped to "over 1 hour" wait.
So with the confusion today, DPCPA just shut their app down. Really?!!

getting tickets to Hamilton this morning was an exercise in frustration. I was online as instructed by your website and supposedly in a queue. however after first being notified the wait was 2 hours then 45 minutes then 15 minutes then 5 minutes it went back to two hours again. I really wanted to see the show but I have better things to do than sit in front of my computer for hours when I was on there in time according to your instructions. I'm really disgusted with the way this ticket sale was handled
