This venue is good, until it isn't. When they want to sell you stuff they are all sweetness and light. When they want to clear the lobby it is chase you out so you can stand in the valet line for 30 minutes. $1000 between seats and refreshments. FOR A MATINEE. Not in any hurry to come back here.
It should not take a month to process refunds. You should also contact those who bought tickets instead of leaving us to find out on the local news. Performance canceled on Dec 13...no communication...I have been calling and get the same story each time. No one from management will return my call or process the refund. Filed a complaint with BBB...maybe this will work. (If not I will be contacting credit card company as I have made numerous efforts to give Dr.Phillips Center plenty of time to resolve this issue.)

I have had nothing but kindness and help by the staff at Dr. Phillips Center. Getting out of the place is a nightmare withconfusing construction barriers. Attempting to purchase tickets for Hamilton was a huge disappointment. Went on queue as soon as the site opened and waited 2 hours and was bumped off, waited again, etc., And finally ended up not being able to obtain tickets (unless I was willing to pay $1000 from other unscrupulous sellers)
Beautiful venue , the nutcracker ballet was fabulous.
The Nutcracker (family edition) was beautiful and mesmerizing. My family loved it. Thank you!
