Nice venue. First visit and expected better sound, but as I was in the balcony it could have just been acoustics.

Wonderful variety of shows. No such thing as a bad seat in the house! Friendly & helpful "staff".

I saw Bill Nye, his PowerPoint went out 45 minutes into his 2 hours and didn't get fixed the whole time. I saw Hamilton and couldn't understand/hear half of the words. (I'd never seen or heard it before). I don't know what's up with the acoustics and technical problems. Beautiful theater. Terrible parking. Nice staff.

I went to purchase tickets in person and was treated so horribly that I will never even purchase or consider purchasing tickets here. If you cannot be nice to your customers you don’t deserve their hard work earning money. It maybe glamorous and fancy on the inside but your customer service is by far the worst one of all. Broadway plays should feel ashamed to be affiliated with such venue.
