Improve their ticket sales process. The way the Hamilton show sale went was a complete fiasco. I doubt whether anyone had a satisfactory experience!

Thanks for wasting everyone’s time today. Just heard that people who jumped on their computers got tickets within minutes while the rest of us kept staring at an estimated wait time screen that kept lying to us. You all truly suck.

Was watching the instructions to get Hamilton tickets for a week. Tried to sign in beginning at 8:30 and got bad gateway repeatedly until after 9 o’clock. Followed the instructions to a T And failure. Get your act together performing arts Center

Absolutely pathetic. Spent six hours in line starting from 8 am and didn’t get tickets. You promote yourself as a top of the line venue but can’t even handle what we all knew would be a huge buying event. You called it your SuperBowl and bragged about being ready. You weren’t, and you got blown out. There’s no excuse for that with the technology available today.

What an incompetent venue. Beautiful facilities but waiting over 10 hours in the online queue for tickets is beyond bad.

It has been a nightmare purchasing tickets through their website. Had I known these issues, I would have driven there and bought my tix in person!!
