Noticing some shameful reviews that have nothing to do with this venue. Just people upset they didn’t score hamilton tickets that sold out fast. Other people were faster to the punch. That’s how it rolls. Not a reason to badly review a great community building and company that brings some of the best entertainment and memorable experiences to the Orlando Fl area. The venue is great. And an amazing place to see shows. That offers many great things community wise. Highly recommend.

Went there there about a month ago for NBC in concert and everyone was so incredibly friendly at their facility. I had a very pleasant experience and I cant to attend the performances for this upcoming season.

Waited from 9 am to 6 pm for Hamilton tickets... kept going from over two hours to 30 minutes then back to over two hours. The last two hours it said less than 15 minutes on my screen. Ridiculous, very disappointed

Was on their website at 8:30 AM as recommended..entered the virtual waiting room at 9:01; had less that 15 minutes to get to the front of the line! New message “Less than two hours”...messages continued to change...finally 12 hours later got to the front of the line to find out SOLD OUT! Pathetic that I was stupid enough to fall for such false advertising about the ease of your website

Too often there are issues like we are experiencing with Hamilton. I was a season ticket holder but this type of problem happens too often. Come on folks. We are Orlando and should be more “big city” than this. Very sad and hokey.

Their ticketing system is a nightmare. It is a beautiful venue but not worth the stress of trying to get tickets.
