I was online trying to buy Hamilton tickets and it said I was supposed to be in line for 5 minutes my screen it was up for 4 and 1/2 hours only to get kicked out so now the only way to get any kind of tickets from the ticket scalpers. you knew how popular Hamilton was you should have prepared better more days more shows a better website more ways to purchase tickets this was the one and only time that I was going to give dr. Phillips center of shot and bring my family back and now I have no reason to go
Theater is gorgeous. Many performances have been outstanding. Customer service, management, and their lack of regard for the public is shockingly horrific.
How is it that I got in line BEFORE sales began, waited over 2 hours, got kicked back to 2 hrs at the 5 minute mark, then got kicked back a SECOND time after waiting another two hours, made it to the purchase area, clicked on the button that says SIDE BY SIDE seats, and have ended paying for 3 seats, each at least TWO SPACES BETWEEN each other?? Terrible online purchasing system. I’ve been on since 7 to purchase Hamilton tickets and you guys keep messing with the waiting time. I quit. Will never see a show at your theatre.
RecommendedReally love this venue and the shows I’ve seen here but today’s sale for Hamilton tickets was awful. Bad information on social media. An online ordering system that constantly crashed and gave off horribly inaccurate wait times. No phone sales. All in all, you guys really dropped the ball on this.
IT systems to buy tickets is outdated and old. trying to buy Hamilton tickets was a major disaster.
After waiting 4.5 hours for tickets to Hamilton and having the wait times go down to 5 minutes and back up to over 2 hours 4 times I gave up. I will never buy tickets here again.
what a horrible experience trying to purchase tickets today. was in the waiting room well before 900 this morning, time would go down to 5 minutes only to get kicked back to over two hours. seven hours later snd no tickets. who the he'll is running your organization? the biggest show ever and you provided no reasonable way to purchase tickets. not everyone has the ability to sit by a computer all day long what a total failure on ypur part.
their prices for shows are outrageous. for the blue collar worker that wants to experience a cultural event it is out of reach. at least at the bob carr great shows were trully affordable.
