This review in no way reflects the phenomenal performance put on by the Waitress cast. My husband and I parked in a nearby garage and walked a couple blocks to the front of the theater, on the valet parking side. There was a very rude security staff member making repeated threats like “you’ll all miss the show if you don’t move faster.” The line was moving steadily and we had 20 minutes before the start. People can only move as fast as the party in front of them, plus the bottle necking occurred because of the strange layout... read more

The people who volunteer here are amazing and so kind and helpful!! I could ask for a better theatre for the Orlando area!!

We are big fans of The Lion King musical and we saw it multiple times in New York. We decided to take our 2.5 year old son to see it again in Orlando. The incident that occurred last night I believe was handled completely inappropriately and cost me and my family severe anguish. We brought our 2 1/2 year old son Miles to the 8pm showing of The Lion King.
