I have not had the pleasure of visiting this center nor do I plan to now after hearing the poor treatment my friends received and how it was handled by the staff that works there. My friends were on a date today and were attending the Romeo & Juliet show this afternoon. They were confronted by a guest in the audience sitting near them and the gentleman accused or assumed my one friend was recording or taking photos of the play which she was not doing at all. I’ve seen several different performances at This facility. It is beautiful and I’m sad to say that Feb 18 will be my last. I have never been spoken to in the manner that I’ve experienced through the DPPAC box office in the last few months. I’ve been blown off, called a fraud, been lied to and was recently told that I can’t speak to a certain employee that I’ve been speaking to since December about an incident , because my “case was closed”.
