Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

I trust them over any other doctor If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was this pediatrician friendly? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Yes, they are patient with first-time mothers Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate.

The office was easy enough to find. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. The waiting room didn't have much as far as entertainment for kids went. No TV's or toys, just a few outdated magazines. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick... read more

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
